Live Minutes – A free and easy way to quickly collaborate on a document with your team. Instead of emailing a document, simply invite your team to view the document online and annotate it as a team. Live Minutes will produce a great looking report of everything that happened. Schedule meetings in advance and store up to 100mb if you sign up for a free account.
Remember The Milk – A very popular online to do list app that integrates with dozens of popular services like Gmail and Twitter. Add a task to RTM and it will sync seamlessly with with your email, smart phone and even social networks. Mobile apps available for all of the major smart phone carriers.
