Survey Monkey – A quick and really easy way to send surveys to your customers.  Simple to create and design custom surveys you can collect via email or through your website.  Free and paid plans.

Freeconference.com – Free conference call service lets you create and record your own conference calls for free.  Great for recording phone interviews for your podcast.
